At Kiva Wellness, we want you to love every piece you wear, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original condition. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we are here to help with a quick exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from any signs of wear or makeup marks.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
